Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1.Refund Policy

All purchases made on TheForsakenStore are final.

We do not provide refunds on:

  • Partial payments

  • Full payments

  • Cash on Delivery orders

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selection

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Refunds will only be issued in cases where the product delivered is proven to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory, without cuts)

  • Clear photos showing the defect

Without a proper unboxing video, claims will not be accepted.

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
    OR

  • Refund (only if replacement is not possible)

The decision of TheForsakenStore after inspection shall be final.

3. Return Conditions (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Tags must be intact

  • Original packaging required

  • Proof of purchase required

Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Partial payment orders are non-refundable if customer refuses delivery.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a customer refuses a COD order after shipping, future COD orders may be restricted.

5. Size & Fit Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size chart.

We do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect size selection.

6. Sale Items & Limited Drops

All sale items, discounted products, and limited drop collections are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

7. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

  • Bank processing time may vary

If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us.
